摘　　要：图书馆流通服务工作中,讲究语用能力运用技巧是优化图书馆服务质量的重要环节之一,窗口馆员应掌握应对不同读者在交流语境中的语用能力调控策略,适时的维持礼貌语用原则,以实现和谐高效的信息服务。The application techniques of pragmatic competence is one of important steps to optimize library service quality in circulation service of the library.In order to realize harmonious and effective information services,librarians need to regulate and control tactfully the strategies of pragmatic competence and maintain the polite pragmatic principle dynamically.
