摘　　要：目的:探讨肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清CA125、CEA、CA50检测水平的变化及意义。方法:应用放免法检测32例肺癌患者手术治疗前后血清CA125、CEA、CA50水平的变化,并与35名健康人作比较。结果:肺癌患者治疗前血清CA125、CEA、CA50水平显著升高(与正常组比较P<0.01),手术治疗后3个月血清CA125、CEA、CA50与正常组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测肺癌患者血清CA125、CEA、CA50水平的变化与患者的病情和预后密切相关,有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the significance of changes of serum CA125, CEA and CA50 levels after operation in patients with lung cancer. Methods Serum CA125, CEA and CA50 levels were determinned with RIA in 32 patients with lung cancer both before and after operation as well as in 35 controls. Results Before operation, the serum CA125, CEA and CA50 levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Three months after operation the levels in patients were not much different from those in controls（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Serum CA125, CEA and CA50 levels were closely related to the diseases process of lung cancer and detection of these markers were of progonsfic values.
