摘 要:技术创新路径是企业实施技术创新的基本途径,一般分为自主创新、引进消化吸收再创新、合作创新三种基本类型,国内外学者对此进行了较为深入的研究。根据技术路径演化的一般规律,结合我国石化企业原始创新能力不足、工程研发力量薄弱、技术创新投入产出效率偏低、人才结构性矛盾突出和创新体制资源不足的现实,基于自主创新的引进消化吸收再创新既是技术路径演化的客观要求,也是我国石化企业的现实选择。The path of technology innovation is the basic way in which the enterprises carry out the technological innovation. It is usually divided into three basic models: independent innovation, technological introduction, absorption and innovation, and collaborative innovation. Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a more in-depth study. Chinese petrochemical enterprises are short of the original innovation ability and the projects R&D ability. They also have low efficiency of the input-output of technological innovation. Prominent talent structural problems and the lack of innovation system resources are the difficulties that they have to face. According to the general rules of the path of technological innovation, technological introduction, absorption and innovation on the basis of independent innovation is not only the objective requirement of technology path evolution, but also the realistic choice of Chinese petrochemical enterprises.
