摘　　要：随着知识经济环境的日趋成熟以及中国持续高速的经济发展,创业企业在中国开始不断涌现。文章对创业企业的概念进行了界定,并重点对创业企业人力资源的招募特征进行了研究,从中发现创业企业招募的特殊性,从而为创业者提供借鉴,同时也能为准备在该类企业中就业的人们提供应聘建议。With the increasing maturity of the knowledge economy and China＇ s sustained rapid economic development, more and more venture enterprises began to emerge in China. In this paper, the concept of venture enterprises was defined and the characteristics of human resources recruitment in these enterprises were researched. The results of the research can offer references for entrepreneurs as well as the people who want to apply for a job in venture enterprises.
