摘　　要：现行的高校科技创新机制在科技资源配置、科研部门合作及科研主体激励上存在缺陷和不足,应该从科研创新的过程激励和评价激励两方面来变革高校科研创新机制,使科技资源得到合理配置,科研部门得以协调合作,科研主体得到有效激励,从而促进高校科研创新实力的增强。There are some defects existing in sci- tech resource allocation, scientific and research department cooperation and subject inspirit in scientific and research innovation mechanism of colleges and universities. Such measures should be taken to reform the mchanism in process inspirit and evaluation inspirit so as to strengthen the capacity of scientific and research innovation.
