摘　　要：运用“类比法”对两类三阶非线性系统构造了较好的Lyapunov函数，并建立了该系统平凡解全局渐近稳定的条件。In this paper, a better Lyapunov function of a class of third-order nonlinear delay system was made up by use of＂comparison method＂, thereby deriving sufficient conditions of the global asymptotic stability of the nonlinear system
