摘　　要：新时期成人高等教育竞争异常激烈,如何在这种成人教育法规缺位、办学规范欠缺及恶性竞争的大环境中做大做强成人教育,应树立质量意识、服务意识和学生主体意识,在生源发动、专业设置上下功夫,开拓以质量为先导兼顾社会效益和经济效益的成人教育新路子。The increasing competition in adult higher education of the new era raises a question, that is, how to enhance adult higher education on the background of lack of regulatiuns for adult education and of school - running norms as well as the cut - throat competition. The following aspects should be concerned on exploring the new way in adult higher education： to foster a sense of quality, service and the awareness of students, to pay efforts on student recruiting, professional settings, to prioritize the educational quality while taking account of social and economic benefits.
