浅谈新时期高校资金结算中心职能的完善

摘　　要：随着教育体制改革的深入,高校资金结算中心职能不断完善,为高校加强经济活动的宏观调控,提高资金的增值能力发挥了重要作用,但随着教育形势的发展和财政性资金管理模式的转变,高校结算中心的工作面临新的矛盾和挑战。文章针对高校资金结算中心运行的现状,探讨了新时期高校资金结算中心应具备的工作职能,分析了新时期高校资金结算中心存在的主要问题,并提出一些完善高校资金结算中心职能的对策及建议。With the ongoing educational system reform, funtions of Funds Balance Center in universities has been strenghened continually to serve for economics marco-control and funds increment in universities. However, as the educational development trends and fiscal management modes has been changed recently, balance center is confronted with new contradiction and challenge. Based on the balance center＇ s realities, the paper tries to analyse its functions, main problems and offer several suggestions on it.
