摘　　要：产学研结合培养地学创新人才是贯彻国家自主创新战略和加强地质工作的有效途径之一。笔者在"订单式"培养、多层次产学研基地的建立、双师型教师队伍建设、学科群与创业群对接等围绕创新人才培养方面进行探索和实践,为进一步深层次提升教学质量提供有益的借鉴。Cultivating innovative geological talents by the combination of production, learning and researching is one of the effective ways to carry out the national independent innovation strategy and strengthen the decision of geologic work. In this paper, the exploration and practice about the cultivating of ＂ order pattern＂, the establishment of multi-level foundation of production, learning and researching, the construction of dual-qualification teachers team, and the joint of the discipline and business, provide useful reference on promoting teaching quality further and deeply.
