摘　　要：在知识经济时代,人才是竞争的核心,地矿类工程硕士在经济建设、社会发展中发挥着日益重要的作用。本文系统地总结了中国地质大学(武汉)十年来地矿类工程硕士教育的发展历程,重点阐述了学校十年来地矿类工程硕士教育的特色,从服务经济建设、坚持培养质量标准、坚持科学高效管理三方面探索了地矿类工程硕士研究生教育又好又快发展的思路。In the era of knowledge economy, talent is the core of competition. Geology and Mining of engineering master is playing an increasingly important role in social development and economic construction. This paper makes a systematic summarization on the development of our school＇s education for Geology and Mining of engineering master, emphasizes on the characteristics of education for Geology and Mining of engineering master in the last ten years. At last, the authors explore the ways to reach the fast and good development on education for Geology and Mining of engineering master from three aspects which are adhering to service economic construction, to the quality standards and to scientific and efficient management.
