摘　　要：结合河海大学地质工程专业定位和办学特色,在已有教学改革的基础上,继续进行课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和教学手段的深化改革。注重培养学生创新精神、创新能力和实践能力,同时也注重培养梯队合理、实践经验丰富的教师队伍。Combined with the orientation of geology engineering and the running features in Hehai University, reform about course system, content of courses, teaching methods and means of teaching must be firmly carried out on the basis of the present education reform. It is not only distinctly important to emphasis on teaching strategies in cultivating student innovative spirit, innovation ability and practical ability, but also on the teaching staff with reasonable gradient and abundant practices.
