抗心磷脂抗体与缺血性脑血管病相关性及药物干预研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抗心磷脂抗体（ACA）与缺血性脑血管病（ICVD）相关性及药物干预的效果。方法一组选取确诊的119例缺血性脑血管患者（男68例，女51例）为试验组，另一组67例健康人为对照组，对照组检测ACA、血糖、胆固醇、CRP（C反应蛋白）。试验组给予改善脑循环、营养脑神经和抗凝治疗，治疗前后检测ACA、SSS评分NIHSS评分、血糖、胆固醇、CRP并进行比较。结果试验组治疗前ACA明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。试验组治疗后ACA、SSS评分、NIHSS评分、较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论抗心磷脂抗体与缺血性脑血管病的发生、发展、复发以及缺血性脑血管病药物干预的关系密切，可作为病情转归的指标，也可作为高危人群早期预防干预的参考指标。Objective To investigate the correlations between anticardolipin antibodiesand ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,the effects of drugs intervention. Methods Selecting 119 diagnosed patients （male68 cases, female51 cases）of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases as experimental group randomly ,67 health adults as control group. Supplying experimental group with therapies of improving cerebral circulation, nourishing cerebral nerves and anticoagulation; detecting and comparing serum level of ACA, blood glucose, cholesterin, CRP, scores of sss, scores of NIHSS prior and post treatment, only detecting ACA in control group. Results The serum level of ACA in experimental group prior treatment was higher than that of control group obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum levelof ACA, scores of sss and scores of NIHSS in experimental group post treatment were decreased significantly compared prior treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Anticardolipin antibodies related closely to occurring, developing, recurring of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and drugs intervention of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Anticardolipin antibodies could act as index turnover of pathogenetic condition, also as referring indices of preservation and intervention in the high-risk group of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases in early stage.
