摘　　要：目的分析乳腺浸润性导管癌（IDC）的钼靶X线表现。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的80例IDC的全数字化乳腺钼、铑双靶摄影X线征象。结果X线显示钙化39例（48．8％），肿块57例（71．3％），结构扭曲17例（18．9％），其中，23例钙化伴肿块，9例钙化伴结构扭曲。11例钙化颗粒多于5枚或钙化灶直径〉13cm。结论IDC常见X线表现为钙化，伴肿块或导管结构扭曲，综合临床和上述钼靶X线征象大部分IDC可作出相应诊断。Objective To analyze the mammographic features of invasive ductal carcinoma（IDC） of the breast. Methods 80 pathologically proved IDC were retrospectively reviewed. Results Microcalcifications appeared in 39 cases（48.8% ） ,mass in 57 cases（71.3% ） , and distortion in 17 cases（ 1.3% ）. All of them,23 were microcalcifications with masses ,9 were microcalcifications with distortions. There were 11 cases microcalcification more than 5 or the extent of microcalcification distribution greater than 3 cm. Conclusion The common features of IDC in mammography were microcalcifications, with a mass, or distortion. The correct diagnosis of IDC may be reached by combination of clinic, mammographic features above mentioned.
