摘　　要：文章论述了一种利用交换机的连选功能，实现单位总机下具有２００业务的全自动电话计费管理系统。该系统对一些流动人员较多的单位如院校、医院、宾馆饭店及企事业单位等的电话费管理提供了一条较新的途径。这里具体介绍了该系统开发的背景、系统功能、组成、工作原理、软件的设计思想及流程图。Based on the selectondemand ability of a switch,an automatic telephone charge administration system with 200 service under PBX(private branch exchange)is developed,which provides a new method for entities such as colleges,hospitals,hotels,and enterprises.The development background,principle,function and composition of the system and,also,the flow chart of the software implementation are introduced in detail. 
