微型支抗种植体即刻负载的生物力学性能研究

摘  要:目的探讨即刻负载条件下,负载力值和负载时间对微型支抗种植体-骨界面结合强度的影响。方法采用18只雄性大耳白兔,于上颌骨左右颊侧分别平行植入3枚微型钛金属支抗种植体。根据种植体即刻负载力值的不同,分为20g组、100g组及0g空白对照组。种植后2周、4周、8周进行扭转强度实验,测量记录最大扭转强度,双因素方差分析组间差异。结果20g力值组的最大扭转强度在持续负载2周、4周和8周时均高于其余两组,且种植体与骨界面的结合强度均与负载持续时间呈正相关。结论即刻并持续负载20g轻力有利于提高种植体的稳定性;随时间推移即刻负载种植体可能形成骨性结合界面。Objective To investigate the change of maximum integrating strength of immediate-loaded miniscrews following different time and force application. Methods Eighteen white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups according to different loading forces ( 20 g group, 100 g group and 0 g group ). Titanium miniscrews were inserted into maxillary alveolus of rabbits and immediately loaded with different forces. Reverse torque was measured 2,4 and 8 weeks after implantation. The data was statiseally analyzed. Results The maximal torque of 20 g group was greater than those of other two groups at all three time points. Maximal integrating strength between implant and bone of immediate loading miniscrews increased with time. Conclusion Immediate and light loading force of 20 g may be beneficial to the early stage stability and facilitate implant-bone interface osseointegration.
