摘　　要：目的探讨长骨造釉细胞瘤样尤文肉瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。方法应用常规组织病理和免疫组化观察1例造釉细胞瘤样尤文肉瘤并复习相关文献。结果造釉细胞瘤样尤文肉瘤与造釉细胞瘤有相似的组织学形态,keratin均(+),但造釉细胞瘤样尤文肉瘤vimentin、CD56、CD99和Syn也是(+)。结论长骨造釉细胞瘤样尤文肉瘤是一种高度恶性的肿瘤,它与长骨造釉细胞瘤具有不同性质。Objective To explore the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adamantinoma-like Ewing＇s sarcoma of the long bone. Methods A case of adamantinoma-like Ewing＇s sarcoma was studied with conventional histopathological and immunohistochemical stains. Results Adamantinoma-like Ewing＇s sarcoma shared similiar morphologic features with adamantinoma of the long bone, immunohistochemical stain of keratin was strongly positive in tumor cells, but vimentin, CD56, CD99 and Syn were positive only in the cells of adamantinoma-like Ewing＇s sarcoma. Conclusion Adamantinoma-like Ewing＇ s sarcoma of the long bone is a highly malignant tumor, which differs pathogenetically from adamantinoma.
