白内障术前相关检查预测术后视力的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障手术前对患者进行视功能检查对于术后视力预测的重要性和可靠性。方法选择白内障住院患者100例,对其进行光定位、色觉检查、角膜曲率径检查、A 超眼轴长度测量、B 超影像检查、视觉电生理检查等,将这些指标检查结果结合起来,分析判断,最后预测出患者术后最佳矫正视力。结果 100例白内障患者手术前预测视力和术后4周最佳矫正视力比较符合率达80%。结论通过术前相关检查有助于视功能的评估,能够比较准确地预测患者白内障术后最佳视力。Objective To evaluate the significance and reliability of comprehensive examinations in predicting the visual acuity before cataract surgery. Methods 100 cases （ 105 eyes ） of cataract were received examination of visual acuity （ refraction ）, light projection, color vision, keratometry, uhrasonofraphy, optic electrophysiolography before surgery. The clinical characteristicwere analysed and the postoperative best visual acuity of 105 eyes were be predicted. Results The preoperative predictive visual acuity were compared retrospectively to the 1 month postoperative best corrective visual acuity. Coindidence rate between both of them is about 80%. Conclusion The postoperative visual acuity of patients with cataract can be predicted reliably before surgery with comprehensive examinations.
