摘　　要：白内障手术在过去的十年里发生了令人瞩目的变化。小儿白内障手术时机和手术方法的选择仍然是眼科界关注的焦点问题之一。小切口超声乳化技术的日趋成熟和新型人工晶状体材料的不断涌现、手术操作技巧的不断革新,都不同程度地促进了小儿白内障术后视力恢复,减少了并发症的发生。Congenital cataract surgery has occurred dramatic advances over the past 10 years. The choice of the opportunity and the method of Children cataract surgery still is one of the key points in ophthalmology Field. The maturation of Small incision phacoemulsifieation technology, the appearance of new IOL Material and the Innovation of operation skills are making the better resumption of vision after Children cataract surgery and the reduction of Complications in some extent.
