摘　　要：目的：探讨完全缓解期急性白血病常规化疗及G－CSF对PBSC的动员效果及最佳采集时机。方法：以外周血WBC及单核细胞绝对值为参数，观察化疗后不同时期的CFU－GM值。结果：化疗及G－CSF均有明显的PBSC动员作用，两者联合效果更佳。结论：WBC恢复至（2．0～4．5）×109／L时为最佳PBSC采集时机。单核细胞绝对值对PBSC动员效果有预测作用。To investigate the efficacy and duration of routine chemotherapy and rHuG-CSF for PBPC mobilization for the patients with acute leukemia in complete remmision. The peripheral WBC count and monocyte number and CFU-GM were examined after chemotherapy and (or) rHuG-CSF. Chemotherapy and rHuG-CSF,have significantly PBPC mobilization effect, better effect can be when they were used together. The best time for lekapheresis is when WBC count recoved to (2.0~ 4.5) ×109/L. The number of monocyte wos useful parameter to determine the mo bilization effect.
