摘 要:介绍了以西门子PLC为核心的分布式畜禽舍环境控制系统。该系统采用PROFINET工业以太网代替传统的布网方式,同时针对畜禽舍环境系统是一个多变量、非线性、时变和滞后,并且各变量之间具有耦合关系以及很难建立精确的数学模型的特点,采用专家模糊控制算法对畜禽舍环境状况进行实时监控,为商品猪提供最佳生长环境,缩短生长周期,实现高效节能的工厂化生产,具有较好的实用价值和应用前景。This paper presents a distributed control system which is based on the PLC of Siemens and suitable' for Animal Building, This control system uses the PROFINET industry Ethemet replaces tradition net;and in view of animal building system that is a muhivariable, nonlinear, time -varying and hysteretic system, and there are coupling relations between every variable . It is very difficult to establish precise mathematic model, The system uses Expert Fuzzy Control algorithm to monitor and control the environmental of animal building real - timely. It provides best habitat for pigs, shorten growth cycles and realize the high efficiency of the factorization - production , so it has practical value to use with bright future.
