摘 要:稻米籽粒外形特征参数提取对于分析籽粒的力学性质及稻米品质分类非常重要。物料的外形尺寸较小,若要逐一进行籽粒特征参数的提取,势必是一个庞大的工程。为此,研制了图像采集装置,利用计算机视觉技术得到图像信息,获得稻米粒群图像。通过对图像进行分析,将粒群图像中的多个籽粒分离为单个籽粒,并研究了稻米籽粒群特征参数的提取方法。Pick - up of rice shape is an important part of mechanical properties analysis and quality class of rice. The outline dimension of the agricultural materials discussed in this paper is small, so it will be a hard work to pick up the property parameters of rice one by one. For this problem, an image - taking device has been manufactured. The image of rice kernels were obtained by use of computer vision technology. Individual rice kernel was separated from the others by, and the method of picking up the property parameters of rice kernels was also studied in this paper.
