摘　　要：目的探讨带血管桥的肋骨肌皮瓣修复掌骨缺损的可行性。方法通过游离犬的肋骨肌皮瓣修复掌骨缺损。结果实验2,4,8周后观察,缺损掌骨修复后均见不同程度的骨痂生长。结论带血管桥的肋骨肌皮瓣修复掌骨缺损的动物实验可行,临床可以参考实施。Objective It is to discuss the feasibility of rib myocutaneous flap possessed.of vascular bridge repairing metacarpal bone defect. Methods Metacarpal bone defect was repaired through dissociating rib myocutaneous flap of dog. Results Two, four, eight weeks after experiment, different degree of bony callus growth had been observed after metacarpal bone defect repaired. Conclusion The animal experiment of rib myocutaneous flap possessed of vascular bridge repairing metacarpal bone defect is feasible, which can be clinically referred and enforced.
