葛粉中葛根素的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：目的测定葛粉中葛根素的含量。方法用HPLC法测定,以MeOH-H2O-HAc(30∶70∶0.5)为流动相,250nm为检测波长。结果葛根素呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.76%。结论该法简单、快速、准确。Objective Determination of pueraria in pueraria powder. Methods Pueraria were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was MeOH-H2O-HAc （ 30 ： 70 ： 0.5 ）. Detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Results Pueraria showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery was 98. 6% and RSD was 1.76%. Conclusion This method was simple,quick and accurate.
