摘　　要：在肿瘤综合治疗中,生物治疗越来越受到重视,并逐渐成为最令人瞩目、最鼓舞人心的焦点,肿瘤生物治疗已经逐渐发展成为肿瘤治疗的第四模式。肿瘤生物治疗主要包括基因治疗、免疫治疗、抗血管生成治疗和干细胞治疗等。近几年来,肿瘤的生物治疗取得了较大的进展,在此对这些治疗方法的研究及应用的进展情况及问题进行以下阐述。In the comprehensive therapy of cancer, biotherapy that is considered as a forth approach of anti-cancer has progressed importantly in recent years. The approach of biotherapy include gene therapy, immunotherapy, anti-angiogenesis therapy, stem cell therapy, and so on. Most of them have had great breakthrough. This review will detail the progress of this therapy.
