摘　　要：目的：探讨放射状角膜切开（ＲＫ）术后角膜内皮细胞（ＣＥＣ）形态计量学变化及其临床意义。方法：对１６例患者（２８眼）在ＲＫ术前、术后２周至１年期间进行了活体ＣＥＣ显微镜观察和计算机图像分析。结果：与术前相比，术后早期细胞面积变异系数、长径、周长明显扩大，形状系数减小（Ｐ＜０．０１），术后６个月，上述各形态计量学指标基本恢复正常（Ｐ＞０．０５）；在术后１年内细胞密度虽有下降，但无统计学意义。结论：ＲＫ导致的ＣＥＣ损伤可修复，但修复需要一定条件。为预防ＣＥＣ功能失代偿等各种并发症，围手术期应高度重视角膜内皮的保护。Objective: To study the morphometric changes of the corneal endothelial cells (CEC) following radial keratotomy (RK) and to evaluate their clinical significance. Methods: The CEC of 16 patients (28 eyes) were examined by specular microscopy and the morphology of the CEC were analysed by computer assisted image analysis system before RK and 2 weeks to 1 year after the operation. Results: As compared with preoperation, at the early stage postoperatively the CEC showed an obviously higher coefficient of variation in cell size, long axis and perimeter, and a lower figure coefficient (P<0.01).
