摘  要:目的观察前房灌注液对角膜内皮细胞超微结构的影响。方法兔眼活体前房灌注4种灌注液(生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液和相加平衡盐液)30、60、90min后,比较观察角膜内皮细胞超微结构的改变。结果生理盐水、复方氯化钠液和复方乳酸钠液在灌注60、90min时,内皮细胞的超微结构出现不同程度的改变,如线粒体肿胀、胞膜破裂、胞装空泡形成等,而相加平衡盐液在90min的灌注过程中,其超微结构无明显改变。结论4种灌注液对角膜内皮细胞超微结构的损伤作用由大到小依次是:生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液、相加平衡盐液。To observe the effect of anterior chamberirrigating solutions on ultrastructure of comeal endothelialcell.Methods After perfusing anterior chamber of rabbitswith four irrigating solutions (0. 9 % sterile isotonic physiological saline. natrii chloridum Co. 、natrii lactas Co. andbalanced salt solution plus)in vivo for 30. 60. 90 minutesrespectively,the ultrastructure of comeal endothelial cellswere evalua Led.Results The transmissioll electron micrograph ofendothelial cell perfused with physiological saline. natriichloridum Co. .natrii lactas Co. for 60. 90 minutes showedcellular damages to some extent,such as swelling of mitochondria.breakdown of outer plailys membrane and cytoplasmic vacuolization, but no obvious changes were seenperfused with balanced salt solution plus.Conclusion The four irrigating solutions-physiological saline.natrii chloridum Co. .natrii lactas Co. and balanced salt solution plus have the decreasing damaged effects on the ultrastructure of comeal endothelial cell inturn.
