摘　　要：目的探讨环孢霉素A对角膜移植的抗免疫排斥作用。方法以Wistar大鼠异种角膜异位移植为模型，将36只鼠随机分为治疗组及对照组。在术后d2、d5、d7、d10、d14分别取出植片做病理切片，并收集外周血进行T淋巴细胞亚群及T淋巴细胞集落形成数（T-CFU）分析。结果环孢霉素A能推迟排斥反应的发生时间；有明显降低外周血中辅助T淋巴细胞百分率的作用；其对大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞集落形成能力没有明显抑制作用。结论环孢霉素A是一种有效的免疫抑制剂。To explore the anti-immunological effectof cyclosporin A in comeal allograft.Methods Using the Wistar rat model of hetergraftheterotopic graft rejection. 36 rats were divided randomlyinto the treatment and the control group. On 2, 5, 7, 10 and14 day after the transplantation, the transplanted comealswere removed for pathological examinations. The peripheral blood was collected for the analysis of T--cell subgroupsand T lylnphocyte colony forming unit (T-CFU)assay.Results CyclospQrin A could delay the developmentof Comeal graft rejection alld significantly reduced the percentage of T-helper cells. On the other hand, it could notweaken the gathering capacity of the peripheral T-cell.Conclusion Cyclosporin A is a effective immunosupp rest lant.
