免疫细胞在白血病治疗应用的进展

摘　　要：微小残留病是缓解期恶性血液病复发的主要原因,各种恶性血液病经过正规的化疗大多数患者体内大量的恶性细胞被消灭,但是几乎不可能彻底根除所有的恶性细胞,必然残留一定数量的周期外的不能被杀灭的细胞。传统的方法是继续化疗盲目杀灭,其结果肿瘤细胞没有消灭,而正常组织破坏严重,患者不仅经受不必要的痛苦而且生存期缩短。自体免疫细胞能调节以及增加机体的免疫力,消除患者体内的免疫抑制因素,回输体内后可直接杀伤或诱导免疫细胞杀伤残留肿瘤细胞。文章对五种免疫细胞(LAK,CIK,DC,CTL,TIL),在白血病治疗中应用进展做一综述。Minor remain disease （MRD） is the main reason for recurrence of hematologic in remission period.In the majority of various hematological malignancies patients,a large number of malignant cells are eliminated after formal chemotherapy,but it is impossible to eradicate completely all ofthe malignant cells.A certain amount of residual cells can not be eliminated.The traditional method is to continue killing blindly by chemotherapy,the results of the therapy is that tumor cells weren＇t eradicated,and normal tissues were seriously damaged,patients not only suffer unnecessary pains but also can＇t survive longer.Autoimmune cells,which can adjust the body immunity and eliminate the abnormal immunosuppressive factors and destruct directly residual tumor cells by inducing immune cells after being infused again into the body.In this paper,we reviewed some applications of immunocytes,including LAK,CIK,DC,CTL,TIL, which have been used in leukemic therapy.
