摘  要:针对航空制造企业制造过程管理复杂、信息共享困难的问题,通过对飞机制造过程和信息传递过程的深入分析,从全局的角度出发,提出了支持飞机制造全过程的飞机制造过程管理体系(Aircraft Manufacturing Process Management System,AMPMS)。为满足飞机制造全过程的信息需求,应用单一产品数据源(Single Source of Product Data,SSPD)思想,通过对BOM数据的统一组织,建立了以BOM为主线的单一企业信息模型SEBOM(Single Enterprise BOM),在此基础上构建了SEBOM信息管理平台,并对数据代理技术、SEBOM数据一致性维护、数据访问映射技术等关键技术进行了详细的研究,为从根本上解决飞机制造过程管理问题提出了切实可行的方案,对于完善SSPD理论体系有重要的参考价值。Aim. Information exchange and sharing are difficult in manufacturing process in manufacturing enterprises, especially for aircraft manufacturing enterprises which have complex product to fabricate and mass information to handle. To solve this problem, under the support of the National High-Tech. R&D Program for CIMS, a new approach is brought forward. In section 1 of our explorative paper, we establish an Aircraft Manufacturing Process Management System (AMPMS) to manage the information of the whole process of aircraft manufacturing. Fig. 1 in the full paper gives the system's architecture. In section 2, we establish a Single Enterprise BOM (SEBOM) by unifying BOM data based on the analysis of aircraft manufacturing process and the process of data flowing, In order to manage heterogeneous and disperse SEBOM data, a SEBOM management framework is established in Section 3, and the key technologies including data agent, the management of SEBOM's consistency, and data access mapping are discussed in detail. In section 4, a SEBOM-based AMPMS system was established. The feasibility of our system was verified by applying it in an aircraft manufacturing enterprise.
