摘　　要：胃食管反流病(GERD)是一种临床常见病,迄今为止其发病机制尚未阐明。此文就近年来GERD发病机制的研究进展作一综述,有助于采取更合理的治疗。Gastroesophageal reflux is a common disease, however, its mechanism is not fully demonstrated. This article reviews the recent progress in the pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease in order to help provide more reasonable treatment.
