摘  要:组织文化问题是组织管理的深层问题,已经成为我国各类组织提升管理水平的一个瓶颈,需要在学习西方经验的基础上探索适合自己的组织文化管理思想和方法。毛泽东在领导中国革命的实践中十分重视思想文化建设,他的远见卓识和实践经验,对于当今的组织文化建设从理论到实践都具有很强的指导和借鉴意义。Organizational culture problem is the deep - seated problem of organization management, it has become a bottleneck of that all kinds of organizations improve their management level in China, it is necessary to explore the organizational culture management thoughts and methods which are suitable for China's on the base of studying the Western experiences. Mao Zedong attached great important to ideo- logical and cultural building when he led the Chinese revolution in the practice, his vision and practical experience have strong guidance and learn to the current organizational culture from theory to practice building had strong guidable and learning meaning.
