摘　　要：从今年开始,我国劳动力成本上升势头明显加快,笔者认为主要受3大因素的影响,即我国国情、当前物价水平的快速上升和新《劳动合同法》实施。劳动力成本快速上升给我国企业带来了巨大的压力,文章从4个方面提出了解决的办法。From the beginning of this year, our country labor force cost rising trend speeds up obviously, the author thought there are main three factors, our country national condition, the fast rising of current price level and the implementing of new ＂Work Law of Contract＂. The fast rising of labor force cost has brought huge pressure to our enterprises, the author proposed the solution from four aspects.
