摘  要:电动车辆用ISG(Integrated Starter/Generator)电机系统稳态和动态性能测试台架实现了基于同一平台的包括电动机驱动和发电特性的测试要求。利用该台架并基于温升理论,分别对混合动力轿车ISG电动机系统进行冷态堵转转矩56N.m。堵转电流18.8A的堵转温升试验,电动机转速1000r/min、转矩72N.m的恒转矩温升试验和电机转速4000r/min、转矩33N.m的恒功率温升试验,得出混合动力轿车ISG电动机系统在给定条件下工作,其温升分别为37K、69.04K和58.25K,均符合设计要求。In order to satisfy the need of measurement, a dynamometer for integrated starter and generator (ISG) used in electric vehicles was developed. The dynamometer adopted AC motor to realize drive and load function, which could realize the real-time measurement and data store, and the dynamic state of the dynamometer was well. Based on the theory of temperature rise, the experiments of temperature rise with the conditions of 56 N ·m locked rotor torque and 18.8 A locked rotor current, the conditions of constant torque at 1 000 r/min and 72 N ·m, and the conditions of constant power at d 000 r/min and 33 N·m were done separately. The temperature rise of motor system were 37 K, 69.04 K, 58.25 K separately. The results showed that the motor system according with the design.
