减重支持系统对脑卒中偏瘫患者行走能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨减重支持系统训练(PBWS)对脑卒中患者行走能力的影响。方法:53例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组27例和PBWS组26例,均进行常规的功能训练;PBWS组配合减重支持系统训练。结果:治疗8周后2组患者的Berg平衡量表评分、Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评分、ADL评分及10m步行速度与治疗前比较均有明显提高(P<0.05～0.01),其中Fugl-Meyer评分2组比较差异无显著性意义,其他各项指标评分PBWS组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:功能训练可改善脑卒中患者整体运动功能,结合PBWS更能明显提高治疗效果。Objective： To explore the effects of body weight support treadmill training （PBWS） on the walking function in hemiplegic patients with stroke. Method： Fifty-three stroke sufferers were randomly divided into experimental group （26 cases） and control group （27 cases）. Both 2 groups received conventional physical therapy （PT）. Meanwhile, the patients in experimental group received PBWS. Results： Berg score, Fugl-Meyer score, and Barthel index were increased significantly in two groups after treatment for 8 weeks （P〈0.05-0.01）. All the measures but Fugl-Meyer lower limb score were improved more in experimental group than in control group （P〈0.05）. After therapy 10 m walking speed was increased more in experimental group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PBWS can improve the Berg, Barthel and the walking ability of hemiplegic patients with stroke.
