摘  要:以C8051F020单片机作为采集系统的控制核心,基于CH372接口芯片设计了高速数据采集系统。系统以计算机作为传输节奏控制方,重点提出了系统本地端的硬件设计和软件设计,并开发了一套上下位机间的通信协议。结合色谱仪系统进行实验调试,取得了阶段性的进展。实验表明:该通信协议很好地优化了本地端的程序代码,采用的CH372接口芯片大大提高了数据采集的精度和速度,很好地满足了可重复性测量,在实际应用中显著提高了工作效率,证明了该系统的可行性和优越性。Based on the CH372 interface chip, a high speed data acquisition (gathering) system which used the C8051F020 as the control center was designed. The system took the computer as the transmission rhythm control side of the system, this paper mainly introduced the hardware and software design in local system, a new communication protocol between the MCU and the PC was developed. This plan has been carried on the experiment combined with the monochromator system and made a pivotal progress. Experiment shows that the communication protocol used in this system has optimized the local-side program code, and the CH372 interface chip has improved the accuracy and speed for data gathering, and meets the repeatability of measurement. The system enhances the working efficiency in the practical application, proving the feasibility and the superiority of this system.
