生长激素1基因单核苷酸多态性与胃贲门癌的关系

摘　　要：目的:检测生长激素1基因单核苷酸多态性rs2665802T/A与胃贲门癌的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法对122名胃贲门癌患者和463名正常对照进行基因分型,并用非条件性Logistic回归分析rs2665802与胃贲门癌发病的关联性。结果:rs2665802与胃贲门癌的发病没有关联。结论:rs2665802在胃贲门癌的发病过程中不起主要作用。Objective： To study the relationship between rs2665802 in the growth hormone 1 gene and the risk of gastric cardia adenocareinoma. Methods ： SNP rs2665802 was genotyped among 122 cases with gastric cardia adenocarcinoma and 463 norreal controls with PCR - RFLP method. Data were analyzed using unconditional logistic regression to evaluate the association of rs2665802 with gastric cardia adenoearcinoma. Results： No association was found between SNP rs2665802 and gastric cardia adenocarcinoma. Conclusion： SNP rs2665802 does not play a key role in the development of gastric cardia adenocarcinoma.
