超声引导穿刺注射无水酒精治疗肝囊肿和肾囊肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价无水酒精注射治疗肝、肾囊肿的临床疗效和安全性。方法:对16例肝、肾囊肿患者在超声引导下经皮穿刺注射无水酒精治疗,观察术后囊肿萎缩情况。结果:16例患者均获成功穿刺,抽出囊液并注入无水酒精,治愈15例,好转1例。结论:超声引导经皮注射无水酒精治疗肝囊肿、肾囊肿是一种操作简单、痛苦小、费用低、安全有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To evaluate the clinical outcome and security of absolute alcohol injection in the treatment of liver and renal cysts. Methods： Ultrasound guided pereutaneous absolute alcohol injection was performed in 16 cases with liver and renal cysts. Postoperative atrophy of liver and renal cysts were subsequently observed. Results ： Extraction of cystic fluid and absolute alcohol injection was successfully performed after percutaneous puncture in the 16 patients. Recovery occurred in 15 eases, improvement in 4 cases. Conclusion： Ultrasound guided percutaneous absolute alcohol injection for liver and renal cysts deserves clinical application and generalization, with the simple procedures, less pain, low cost, safety and utility.
