摘　　要：采油废水一体化处理装置,采用混凝沉降+粗粒化+精细过滤工艺,其中内循环粗粒化工艺和多级精细过滤均由武汉理工大学土木与建筑学院市政工程系李孟教授开发研制,自控部分是以带PCI总线的工作站、NI公司的数据采集卡为硬件核心,以虚拟仪器编程环境LabVIEW 7 Express为软件平台的控制系统。经过2个多月的运行,各项出水指标均达到排放标准,SS,油分,总铁去除率分别为99.9%,78.9%,99.8%。The working principles of oily wastewater treatment facility and the pilot test in Jianghan oil field has been displayed in this paper. The removal efficiency is quite remarkable： the avarage turbidity of effluent 〈 1 mg/L, the oil concentration 〈 5 mg/L,the concentration of Fe〈 0.5 mg/L, which meet with Al standard of oily wastewater pouring into the earth. This facility will bring out great economical, social and environmental benefits to local people.
