摘  要:"三自主"教学模式体现了先进的教学理念,构成了大学体育课程"超市",而现有的教学资源不能满足学生的兴趣爱好,增强体质效果不明显。走出这一困境必须牢固树立"健康第一"教学理念,结合地域民俗特征合理开发拓展一批新项目,大力提高教师素质,力争学校加大体育设施投入和政策、经费支持。The "triple independent" teaching mode embodies advanced teaching conceptions, having constituted a "supermarket" of college physical education courses. Whereas existing teaching resources cannot well satisfy student's interests and loves, thus the body enhancement effect is not significant. In order to extricate from such a predicament, the "health first" teaching conception must be established or reinforced; a number of new projects must be rationally developed by combining the characteristics of regional fold customs; teacher capacities must be greatly enhanced; schools must increase investment in physical education facilities and strengthen policy and fund supports.
