摘　　要：本文首先介绍了MSA(测量系统分析),重点阐述了在判定产品合格与否,过程是否稳定,测算变量间的相关性之前,测量系统分析的必要性以及收集计量型数据时应做的5种分析——稳定性、偏倚、线性、重复性与再现性,同时简单介绍了计数型测量系统的应用。最后,介绍了相关的MSA软件。This thesis firstly introduces MSA（measurement system anatysts）, then mainly elaborates whether the product qualified and the procedure stable or not, MSA necessity and the five analysis for measured data which are stability, bias, linearity, repeatability, reproducibility before doing the interrelated between measurement variables. At the same time, it simply describes the application for measurement system. At last, this thesis introduces the related software of MSA.
