边疆地区高校大学生心理状况分析——以文山师专为例

摘  要:采用问卷法、访谈法对文山师专大学生心态进行调查分析,调查内容包括大学生入学适应、人际关系、择业心理、贫困生心理等。调查结果表明我校学生整体心态良好,存在的心理问题主要是发展中的问题。应从入学适应教育、贫困生心理辅导与贫困生资助工作、职业生涯规划教育、自我目标意向培养教育等方面构建边疆民族地区高校学生管理的有效模式。A research was carried to explore the psychological condition of students of Wenshan Teachers' CoUege by questionnaire survey and interview, which concluded the exanimation of undergraduates' adaptation to college life, interpersonal relationship, Psychology of seeking employment and of poverty-stricken students. The results indicated that generally speaking, students were mentally healthy, however problems were found in their life development. The essay suggested constructing an efficient model of managing university students in border areas by giving educations on adaptation to college life, career planning and life target setting, and giving psychological counseling and financial aids to poverty-stricken undergraduates.
