脑胶质瘤的显微手术治疗51例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨显微外科手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法对51例脑胶质瘤显微手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果47例病人术前诊断与术后病理诊断符合,符合率92.2%。治疗显效24例,占47.1%;有效23例,占45.1%;无效4例,占7.8%。结论显微手术以其损伤小、适应证宽、全切除率高等优点,临床效果好。Objective To analyse the clinical effect of brain glioma microsurgery. Methods Clinical data of 51 patients treated by microsurgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The preoperative diagnosis of glioma was the same to pathological diagnosis in 47 patients （92.2%）. The excellence rate, effective rate and ineffective rate were 47.1%, 45.1% and 7-8% respectively. Conclusion The microsurgery of glioma has better clinical result clue to its less damage, wide indication and high total resection rate.
