摘　　要：笔录的目的在于记载法律活动和法律事实,证实案件的真实程度。笔录是法律口语转换为法律书面语的再现形式,真实反映各种被问人的语言表达方式和用语习惯。笔录语言是一种特殊的法律语言运用形态,构成了笔录作为法律书面语的谈话体特色。由于笔录的不同用途,其法律语言运用有很大差距,在其发展过程中逐步形成了自己的规范体式。The purpose of notes lies in recording law activities and law facts and proving the authentic degree of the case. Notes are the representational form changing from oral legal language to written language, which truly reflect the way of linguistic expression and pragmatic habit of the person being asked. Notes are a special legal language usage, which constitute the oral 1 talking style as a written legal language. Duo to different use of notes, their language use is different, which gradually development their own standard paradigms in the course of their development.
