摘　　要：口译工作是一项脑力强度非常大的工作,它不仅要求我们的口译人员要拥有英汉双语的听力、理解、表达能力,而且还要拥有丰富的百科知识,尤其是在口译现场的注意力必须集中。通过加强对口译人员的注意力分配的训练,口译前做好充分的准备工作,口译中理解发言者的发言内容以及保持良好的心理状态等方法,从而提高口译人员的工作质量。Interpreting work is a task requiting the great mental power, which requires interpreters to not only own the ability of English - Chinese listening, understanding and expressing but have rich encyclopedic knowledge, especially much attention must be paid to the interpreting work in the immediate scene. Through the training of interpreters＇attention distribution, interpreters make adequate preparation work before interpreting, understand the content of the speaker and keep good mental state in intemreting, which can imorove the interoreting aualitv.
