摘 要:针对高超声速再入飞行器长时间的气动加热,在电弧加热风洞上进行了热防护系统材料性能的长时间加热模拟试验。实现了电弧加热器加热运行时间长达1000s。本研究对三种多相隔热材料进行了隔热性能探索性试验研究,并进行了数值模拟计算,结果表明:材料的隔热性能与材料的使用环境及内部结构密切相关;相应地增加材料的密度和固体材料的比率有利于降低隔热材料的等效导热系数,并延长材料达到热平衡的时间。Long - time heating test of TPS material is carried through on are heated wind tunnel. It is dead against long - time heating in hypersonic reentry vehicle. And it comes true that runtime of arc heater arrives at 1000s. This paper investigated heat insulation capability of three kinds of multiphase heat insulation material by exploring test and numerical simulation. The result shows that heat insulation capability of material have consanguineous relation with employed condition and inside structure of the material. Increasing the density of the material and the ratio of solid material in the material is propitious to reducing equivalent heat transfer coefficient and delaying the heat balanceable time of the material.
