摘 要:目的探讨二十二碳六烯酸-磷脂(DHA-PC)对正常小鼠脂质代谢的调节作用。方法从鸢乌贼卵中提取制备DHA-PC,其中DHA含量为30%。采用添加量为1%和4%的DHA-PC饲喂正常小鼠3W,以大豆磷脂和DHA为对照组,分别测定血清和肝脏中的脂质水平以及肝脏和大脑中的脂肪酸组成。结果与大豆磷脂对照组比较,DHA-PC两个剂量组均可以显著降低小鼠血清和肝脏中的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量(P<0.05;P<0.01),同时能够提高肝脏以及大脑中DHA含量。与DHA对照组比较,不同添加量的DHA-PC能够显著降低肝脏中的TC以及TG含量(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论DHA-PC可以有效改善正常小鼠的血脂水平。Objective To investigate the effects of docosahexaenoic acid-phosphatidylcholine (DHA-PC)on the lipid metabolism in normal mice. Method Mice were fed semisynthetic diets contained 1% or 4% DHA-PC(Containing 30% DHA) for 3 weeks which were separated from cuttlefish spawns, using soybean phosphatidycholine (S-PC) and DHA as control groups. The indexes were followed examined, such as the contents of TC,TG in serum and liver and the fatty compositions of liver and brain. Results Compared with S-PC diets, both doses of DHA-PC diets could decrease the contents of TC and TG(P〈0.05;P〈0.01)in serum and liver significantly, furthermore they could increase the contents of DHA in liver and brain. Compared with DHA diets, both DHA-PC diets could decrease the contents of TC and TG(P〈0.05;P〈0.01)in liver remarkably. Conclusion DHA-PC can improve the lipid metabolism in normal mice effectively.
