摘　　要：以2002～2006年我国信息技术业上市公司为研究对象，考察了智力资本与企业可持续成长之间的关系。研究表明，智力资本与企业可持续成长有正的相关性，其中，物质资本效率和人力资本效率对可持续成长率有积极影响，结构资本效率的作用不够显著。针对研究结果进行了深入讨论，并提出相关建议。Based on China listed companies of information and technology from the year 2002 to 2006, this paper examines the relationship between intellectual capital and corporate sustainable growth. The empirical study indicates that intellectual capital has significant positive affect on sustainable growth, and so do its two components, the capital employed efficiency and human capital efficiency. After deeply discussing the results, it makes some useful suggestions.
