摘  要:采用单因子试验设计,选择24头健康成体獐,在基础日粮中添加复合酶(0.2%)、益生菌制剂(EM,0.1%)进行消化代谢试验。结果表明:复合酶单一添加,或与EM同时添加,均能够显著提高獐日粮中粗蛋白质、粗纤维及矿物质元素等营养物质利用率。复合酶+EM处理组粗蛋白、粗纤维表观消化率最高,与对照组相比分别高于对照组5.21%、5.93%(P<0.05);复合酶+EM处理组钙、铜、锌表观消化率分别高于对照组4.43%、4.67%、5.94%(P<0.05),而磷、镁、锰等元素表观消化率与对照组无显著差异(P>005)。单一EM处理组对獐日粮中各营养物质利用率无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示:复合酶和益生菌在獐日粮中营养物质利用存在加性效应。The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of addition of complex enzyme alone or in combination with probiotics EM on nutrient digestibility in Hydropotes inermis receiving corn and soybean-based diet. Singleness factorial treatment was designed to involve one adding level of complex enzyme (0.2%) and probiotics (EM, 0.1%). Addition of complex enzyme alone or complex enzyme and EM combination significantly increased apparent digestibility of crude protein,crndc fiber anti mineral element as Ca, Zn, Cu in diet of Hydropotes inermis. Apparent digestibility of crude protein, crude fiber were increased by 5.21%(P〈0.05), 5.93%(P〈 0.05) by addition of complex enzyme in combination with probiotics EM compared with control, respectively, also apparent digestibility of Ca, Cu, Zn were increased by 4.43%, 4.67%, 5.94%(P〈0.05) by addition of complex enzyme in combination with EM compared with control, respectively, but apparent digestibility of P, Mg, Mn were not significantly influenced (P〉0 05). Apparent digestibility of nutrients in diet of chinese river deer were not significantly influenced (P〉0 05) by addition of probiotics EM compared with control. It is inferred that addition of complex enzyme in combination with probiotics EM exhibits a positive interation on utilization of nutrients in diet of Hydropotes inermis.
