摘　　要：共青团的性质和地位要求高校团组织根据客观形势的发展变化,主动应对机遇和挑战,充分发挥政治优势,坚持把做好新形势下思想政治工作作为头等大事来抓,努力从理论和实践的结合上不断研究新问题、开拓新思路、提出新办法,使理论武装、团员教育、组织建设、服务能力、工作作风更加适应新形势和新要求,切实担负起党赋予共青团的光荣职责和神圣使命。The nature and status of the Communist Youth league place the following demands on the Youth League organizations in universities： they should take initiatives in meeting challenges and opportunities in the changing circumstances; bring their political advantages into full play to do well the ideological and political work in the new era. Great efforts should be made to study new issues, explore new ideas and propose new solutions to adapt them-selves better to the new situation and new requirements and to fulfill their glorious duties and sacred missions.
