摘  要:高校自组织体育教学系统是由教学主体、教学载体和教学媒体等要素组成,在没有特定外部条件干预下,通过要素间竞争与协同从低序向高序演化的整体框架,其要素的差异性表现为竞争,整体的同一性表现为协同。应通过激发和发挥教师主导和学生主体的交互作用优化教学系统的关键要素,通过调整教学主体与各要素间的关系优化其他要素。为达成体育教学系统的整体优化,应保持系统的开放性,通过汲取建构主义教学理念等外部信息与能量促进体育教学系统自组织过程的良性循环;应从整体上关注要素竞争的非线性,用甄别、提升非线性作用机制下产生的多样性成果和促进系统演化过程中渐变与突变整合的方法,协同各要素的整体功能。Self- organized PE teaching system at institutions of high school consists of teaching subjects, teaching mediums and some other elements. Without specified intervention from outside, the whole framework within which evolution is made from lower level to higher level is through competition and cooperation the between elements. The differences between the elements lie in com- petition,while the identity within the whole consists in cooperation. The key elements should be optimized through stimulating and bringing teachers guiding roles into full play and through interactions between students. The other elements should be optimized through regulating the relationship between the main body in teaching and the elements. In order to achieve optimization of the whole PE teaching system, the system should be kept open. Absorbing constructivist teaching ideas and some other information can set up the beneficent cycle in the process of self - organized PE teaching system. On the whole, the focus should be on non - linear charac- ter in competition. The whole functions between the elements can be optimized by discriminating and upgrading non - linear mecha- nisms, which produce various results and promotes gradual and sudden changes in the evolutionary process.
